A Tibetan medical manuscript rKyang-sel, early - mid 20th century, comprising ninety hand drawn and coloured descriptive pages, eighty seven of which are double sided, depicting animals, insects and plants with inscriptions, 9.3cm x 48cm

Believed to have been acquired in Kalimpong in the 1940's.

Condition Report

Some minor soiling from handling, and some ink over spills from manufacture and a few very small edge tears to a handful of plates.

Signs of what could be old repairs to the borders on a handful of the plates mostly at the ends.
