A fine yellow metal, natural saltwater pearl, diamond, and gemstone pendant, set with a natural saltwater half pearl of approximately 9 carats, surrounded with a pear-shaped border of mixed-cut emeralds, sapphires, rubies, and old-cut diamonds, surmounted with a suspension loop inset with a diamond, ruby, and sapphire, shank unmarked (tests as gold) 4.2 cm long, 7.2 grams.

Together with a GCS certificate for the pearl, stating natural saltwater origin.
