The card was given to Buddy Britten (born Geoffrey Glover Wright), singer with 'Buddy Britten & The Regents', by John Lennon who he got to know quite well. The Beatles covered two of their songs in their early sets at The Cavern. The lot is being sold by a relative of Glover Wright, having been left in a drawer and forgotten about for many years.

Condition Report
No tears or pin holes. Some minor scuffs to corners, with evidence of being handled over the years. Gloss finish, so reflects the light depending on the angle held. No overwriting of signatures. No folds or water damage. The side with the signatures has a mottled colour, but this is not water stains or damage. The card has been well looked after, in an envelope and away from natural light for many years.
