Panting is unsigned. Canvas has been lined and professional restoration undertaken to previous cracking. Overall the painting looks ready to hang. Areas of the wall behind may have been overpainted, but no evidence under UV light. In particular, there are long vertical and angular strokes to the side wall. Possible overpainting to the dog's front nearest leg. Frame with cracking and wear commensurate with age.
