Among the most significant pieces sold was a Victorian Kashmir sapphire and diamond cluster hinged bangle, showcasing an intense blue, mixed-cushion-cut sapphire weighing 3.28ct. The sapphire, untouched by heat treatment and certified as of Kashmir origin, was surrounded by 18 old-cut diamonds with a combined weight of 3.04ct. This exceptional piece achieved a remarkable £70,000, underscoring the enduring rarity and desirability of fine Kashmir sapphires.
