An early 19th century Spode porcelain inkstand in the form of a brocaded Eastern slipper, painted with panels of flowers within rich gilt borders, fitted with a single inkwell with a loose cover, factory mark to the sole of the slipper. 15 cm long x 5.5 cm wide.

Some rubbing to the gilding on the high spots as is to be expected
